These terms apply to the Right Address Homes website and to all advisory engagements with Right Address Homes Private Limited, Bengaluru. Effective from 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our advisory team, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.
2. Nature of our services
Right Address Homes provides residential property advisory: requirement discovery, micro-market and project research, comparison support, guided site visits, negotiation assistance, documentation guidance and post-purchase coordination. We are advisors and facilitators. We are not the developer, builder, promoter, contractor or seller of any project we present.
3. No guarantee of outcome
We work to improve the quality of your decision, not to guarantee a specific result. Pricing, inventory availability, offers, launch timelines, approvals, construction progress and possession dates are controlled by developers and statutory authorities and may change without notice. Investment or appreciation expectations discussed during advisory conversations are informed opinions, not assurances.
4. Information accuracy
Project details, price ranges, configurations, amenity lists, connectivity notes and market data shared on this website or in our reports are compiled from developer disclosures, RERA filings, public records and our own field research. We take reasonable care to keep them accurate, but you must independently verify all material facts with the developer and in the official RERA record before making any payment.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate requirement and eligibility information, to review all documents before signing, and to engage your own legal and financial professionals for title verification, loan structuring and tax planning. Decisions to book, pay or register a property are yours alone.
6. Fees and developer commissions
Our advisory support to homebuyers is offered without a separate buyer-side fee unless expressly agreed in writing. Where a transaction is completed, we may receive a channel-partner commission from the developer. This does not change the price you pay, and we disclose our commercial relationships on request. Any brokerage or service fee applicable to a specific engagement will be documented before work begins.
7. Site visits
Site visits are coordinated subject to developer availability and access rules. You are responsible for your own conduct and safety at project sites and under-construction areas, and for following the safety instructions of site personnel. Travel arrangements, where offered, are a courtesy and not a contractual obligation.
8. Intellectual property
The Right Address Homes name, logo, website design, micro-market frameworks, comparison formats, written insights and research reports are our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal property evaluation. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is not permitted. Project names and developer marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Third-party links
Our website may link to developer websites, RERA portals, mapping services or news sources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those external sites.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Address Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on information shared through this website or our advisory conversations, from developer delays or defaults, or from changes in market conditions, regulation or lending policy.
11. Communication consent
By submitting an enquiry, you consent to be contacted by our team by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp regarding your requirement, even if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb list. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Updates
We may revise these terms as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
